Welcome to Curbside LA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our FiveM roleplay server, website, and all related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Curbside LA website, FiveM server, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must authenticate using our sign-in system (Steam, FiveM, or other supported providers) to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Each player is allowed one account — creating alternate accounts ("alts") to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
3. In-Game Purchases
All purchases made through our store (powered by Tebex) are for digital in-game items, currency, and packages within our FiveM server. These items have no real-world monetary value and exist solely within the Curbside LA game environment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital content within our server. All sales are final — please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
4. User Conduct
You agree to abide by all server rules and community guidelines as outlined on our Discord server. This includes but is not limited to: no Random Deathmatch (RDM) or Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM), valuing your life in roleplay scenarios, staying in character during roleplay, respecting other players and staff members, no exploiting bugs or glitches, no use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications, and no harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
5. Server Rules Compliance
Our complete server rulebook is maintained and updated on our Discord server. All players are expected to familiarize themselves with these rules before joining. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense. Rules may be updated at any time, and players are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom content created for Curbside LA, including but not limited to custom scripts, assets, configurations, branding, and website design, is the intellectual property of Curbside LA and its creators. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any proprietary content without explicit written permission.
7. Termination & Bans
We reserve the right to suspend, temporarily ban, or permanently ban any player from our services at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: violation of server rules, cheating or exploiting, harassment of other players or staff, initiating payment chargebacks, and any behavior deemed detrimental to the community. Bans may result in loss of access to purchased in-game items without refund.
8. Service Availability
Our FiveM server and associated services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Server wipes, economy resets, or content changes may occur as needed for the health of the community. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress or items due to server changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Curbside LA and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to: loss of in-game items or progress, server downtime, account issues, and disputes with other players. Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Disclaimer
Curbside LA is an independent FiveM community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the Cfx.re Collective. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are registered trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. FiveM is a product of the Cfx.re Collective.
