Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases made through the Curbside LA store are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

All items sold through our store are digital in-game items for use within our FiveM server. This includes but is not limited to: in-game currency, vehicles, properties, clothing, weapons, and subscription packages. Unlike physical products, these digital items are delivered instantly to your in-game account upon purchase. Once delivered, they cannot be "returned" — the items exist within the game environment and are immediately available for use. Because of the nature of digital goods in a live game server, it is not possible to reverse or undo a delivery.

2. What You Are Purchasing

When you buy from our store, you are purchasing a license to use digital content within the Curbside LA FiveM server. You are not purchasing a physical product or a transferable asset. These items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value outside of our server
  • Are delivered instantly and digitally to your in-game account
  • Cannot be transferred, traded for real money, or exchanged between players outside of in-game mechanics
  • May be subject to changes during server updates, economy balancing, or wipes

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical issue where a purchased item was not delivered to your in-game account, please open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/curbsidela. Our staff will investigate and ensure you receive the items you purchased. We are committed to resolving legitimate delivery problems — this is not the same as a refund. We will make sure you get what you paid for.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Curbside LA services.

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us through Discord before contacting your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban from our server, Discord, and all associated services.

5. Bans & Purchased Items

If your account is banned from Curbside LA for violating our Terms of Service or server rules, you will lose access to any purchased in-game items. Bans are not grounds for a refund. You are responsible for following our rules to maintain access to your account and purchases.
