Purchase Data

When you make a purchase through our store, Tebex (our payment processor) handles the transaction. We receive records of what packages you purchased and when, but we do not store your payment card details or billing information directly — that is handled entirely by Tebex.

Technical Data

We may collect standard technical data such as your IP address and FiveM identifiers when you connect to our server. This data is used for server security, anti-cheat enforcement, and ban management.

Account Management

Your authentication data is used to identify you across our website and server, manage your account, and link your in-game character to your web profile.

Our in-game store is powered by Tebex. When you make a purchase, Tebex processes your payment and is subject to their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment details.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Our website and database are hosted on third-party infrastructure providers. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your data is stored in a MySQL database managed through Prisma ORM. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following circumstances: with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the rights and safety of our community, or with service providers who assist in operating our platform (Discord, Tebex) under their respective privacy policies.

Please note that deleting your data may result in loss of access to our services and in-game progress. Certain data may be retained for ban enforcement and legal compliance purposes.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately through Discord so we can take appropriate action.
